We offer 3 different baseball cap membership plans - you can sign up to receive a baseball cap every year, half-year or 3 months. Each plan gives you a baseball cap that we hand-pick for its style and story with a guaranteed RRP that is more than the cost of membership

Each mystery box contains:

• A baseball cap (obvs!) that meets the RRP value of membership to our club
• A plastic baseball cap shaper.
• A hand-signed note from our founder Kev about the brand and the baseball cap that's been selected.
• We occasionally add other items to the box such as discount vouchers for luxury brands and special offers from selected partners. We've also been known to include a sugary treat or two. Sometimes we even add a bonus baseball cap for our favourite Cap Freaks!

No way, Jose. None of our baseball cap mystery boxes or one-off purchases are drop-shipped, ever. We hold an inventory of baseball caps that we source and buy from selected brands. All of our presentation boxes are carefully packed by us and hand-numbered. At Cap Club we're all about experience, quality and authenticity, so we never drop-ship garbage.

Of course - you can cancel your membership with Cap Club at any time via the account management page - no catches, no hoops, no hassle. When you cancel your membership you'll no longer receive any baseball caps. But, of course, our baseball caps are just so damn awesome that we like to think you'll stick around 😉.

You can let us know if there's anything you'd like to avoid in the comment box at checkout (e.g. trucker or dad baseball caps), but we ask that you don't request for baseball caps to be included. It would kind of defeat the point, y'know?

Also remember that with our epic returns policy, you're welcome to return any baseball cap to us providing that you haven't worn it and we'll gladly refund or replace it.

If you're unhappy with the baseball cap you receive, we have a return or exchange policy in place. Of course we ask that any baseball cap required to be returned is unused. Because, seriously, it would be uncool to flex in one of our baseball caps and then send it back, ya get?

Returns can be arranged within the first 30 days of shipment, in line with our returns policy.

Nope - if you need to return a baseball cap we'll cover the return shipping by sending you a pre-paid label & shipping bag.

Yes - we ship baseball caps to a large number of countries worldwide for freewith easy online tracking on every order from the point of dispatch. We are adding more all the time! If your country isn't listed at checkout, get in contact with us at hello@capclub.co.uk and we'll see what we can do. There may be some countries that alas we can't ship baseball caps to, just due to the heavy costs associated with shipping even small items to from the UK. Australia is a great example, where unfortunately due to government taxes and postage, it's just too damn expensive for the humble baseball cap to get there.
